ANEMOS and the Japanese mezzo-soprano Kaoru Shimizu.

Midaregmi in Japanese means Tangled Hair and refers to the famous Tanka poem by Yosano Akiko while Haiku and Tanka poetry is an expression of a deep intuitive contact with nature.

This project is a collection of four Haiku and Tanka poems by Matsuo Basho and Yosano Akiko.
